How do I get started?

Once you have decided you’re in, we will send you a questionnaire to learn more about you. We want to learn about your habits, yes, good and bad, so that we can set you up for success. Then, we’ll schedule your consultation with your coach for a weigh in and BMI testing, pH level test, food and exercise plan. Be prepared to take at least 2-3 Rowing, Cycling, and Reps classes per week at our facility. Don’t be nervous; this change is EXCITING!

The Row & Ride studio is located in Hanover, MA right off of Route 3 and in the same plaza as Boston Interiors. It is an absolutely beautiful, clean facility where all fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to grow into being your best self. Even if you have never Rowed or taken an Indoor Cycling class, it’s okay – but get ready to be addicted! We will show you everything you need to know, and you will go at your own pace. Our Row, Ride & Reps model has transformed the bodies, minds and lives of thousands of members, and we cannot wait to show you too how it works!
