  • *You work best while exercising in small groups of the same level with individualized coaching, so you can ask questions and progress at your pace. *

RAMP'D UP BY ROW & RIDE

HOW RAMP’D UP WORKS

-8 Sessions-4 weeks-2x a week

-Day/Time Options: Thursday 7:00 pm & Saturday 11:00 am

Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 am or 7:30 am

Wednesday & Friday 5:30 am or 7:30 am

-Participants can join another group if they have a conflict one time only

-Questionnaires must be filled out in advance by each participant, so coaches can determine best strategy for your success

-Maximum number of trainees per group: 6

-You’ll be assigned an Accountability Coach

-Workouts are one hour in a highly focused, yet fun and supportive environment

-We are committing to you 100% and will expect YOU to commit the same
