NEW TO ROW & RIDE?

We are so excited to meet you at our spectacular R & R studio!

Whether you’ve done rowing & riding before, or if you’re a beginner, you can do this!! And we KNOW you will LOVE it!!

Here are some frequently asked questions to get you started on this exciting new journey.

1 WEEK OF UNLIMITED CLASSES FOR NEW CLIENTS!
  1. Click on My Account link at the top of the page.
  2. Create an account with a username and password.
  3. Purchase a single class, package of classes or Unlimited Membership. New clients can start with the $25 special offer.
  4. Choose a class you’d like to attend.
  5. Go to Schedule and “Sign In” for your chosen class.
  6. Look for confirmation in your email

For only $25, new clients can take Unlimited R & R classes of your choice for one full week! Included in this package is our optional Bonus: Learn to Row & Ride class! This instructional class will you help you feel comfortable and confident as you embark on this exciting new fitness journey!

Anyone who has never tried rowing and/or riding before, or those who have not done one in a long time and would like a refresher. This instructional class is highly recommended for you to learn proper form and terminology. You will be safer and more confident before embarking on your new and exciting Row & Ride journey!

This class is included with any Row & Ride purchase!

Go to the Schedule page and click on the class that you would like to attend. Make sure you Sign in and get a reservation confirmation in your email.

You will give your name at the front desk so you will be marked as Signed In. Then you will head into the studio of your choice … get ready to HAVE A BLAST!

Remember, any time you need help setting up your bike or erg, our friendly instructors are always happy to help you!

Absolutely! Your passes entitle you to take any Row, Ride, Barre or Yoga class offered at Row & Ride.

No. Your passes will always be honored.

Yes! Just ask us about it in the studio or Click on Gift Cards, on our Prices page. 

No. Passes are not transferable.

If you are an Unlimited Member, you can bring one different friend a month, free of charge!

Absolutely! Our beautiful 3200 square foot studio is the perfect place to hold a charity Row and/or Ride class, milestone party or team building event! Email us at info@rowandride.com for more details and to book your blast of a time!

Yes, we have our own Row & Ride app for easy signup when you’re on the go!! You can use it on both Apple and Android phones.
Just search Row & Ride and download on your phone and you’ll be good to go!

Come to our BONUS Learn to Row & Ride class. We will teach you everything you need to know to get started. All ages and fitness levels are welcome at Row & Ride. We promise to take good care of you!

This class is included with any Row & Ride purchase!

Wear comfortable attire, preferably not loose as it could get caught in the pedals of your bike or the seat on the erg. Bring water to stay hydrated throughout your class. We do have a cold, filtered water system to re-fill your bottles. If you forget your bottle, we sell bottled water for $1. No need to bring a towel, we will provide one for you!

You can either bring your own spin shoes if you have them, SPD compatible, OR you can rent a pair at the studio for $2!

We sure do! Our certified rowing instructors will help you improve your form on the erg and teach you what you need to know to get the most out of this incredible sport! Email us at info@rowandride.com for pricing and to schedule your lesson!

You can row or ride or do both! Your passes will entitle you to take any class you would like at Row & Ride.

Yes! We provide towels, blow dryers and all the toiletries you need! We thought of everything so you don’t have to!

Yes! You do not need to bring a lock.

  • A class must be changed or canceled 12 hours prior to your scheduled class time or it will be forfeited. You can cancel a class reservation by logging into your account and selecting the “Cancel” option next to your Upcoming class.
  • Unlimited Memberships and New Client Specials will incur a $19 charge for a No Show or Late Cancellation.
  • You must be physically present at the start of class or your spot may be given away to walk in clients and and you will be charged for the class.
  • If a class is full, you can sign up for the wait list.
  • As bikes or ergs become available, depending on your spot on the wait list, you will be placed into the class.
  • You will receive an email up to twelve hours prior to the class, notifying you that you’ve been placed into the class. If you cannot attend class, you must still cancel within our 12 hour cancellation window. If you miss this window or do not show for class, pass holders will forfeit a class and Unlimited members will incur a $19 late/no show fee.
  • If you get bumped into the class in the morning, you will receive a phone call or text from an R & R staff member. At this point, you have the option to decline without being charged a fee or forfeiting a class.

Please arrive on time. Late clients are not guaranteed a spot in class. Your seat may be given away to walk in clients and you will be charged for the class.

Yes! Your child will absolutely love Row & Ride! However, we recommend they be at least 13 years old and/or at least 5′ tall. We offer discounted student rates AND lots of fun kids clinics and summer camps! Ask our crew mates at the front desk to give you all the information!
