Eva’s classes are a full-body, workout experience! Combining sprints, hills and jumps on the bike, with off-bike weight lifting and sandbell sculpting, Eva’s classes are known for working each and every muscle group till it can take no more! You may feel your hard work for up to a couple days after Eva’s classes! You may leave smiling, but your muscles will be swearing! This 50 minute ride combines high intensity intervals and endurance pieces led by top notch instructors. Their motivational playlists and individual styles will be just what you need to get you over those hills and help you reach your personal goals. Feel the music, clear your mind, challenge your body! Beginners welcome…and encouraged to ride at your own pace! *Some classes will feature themed rides, hand weights for upper body work, and video “getaways” like a tour through France’s wine country!

Start your hour of power with 30 minutes in a high energy, heart-pumping Ride. Then head on over to the Barre! No not for cold beverages, but for beefing up those individual muscles!! Get ripped and toned when you “Ride to the Barre!”
